I moved into a new home and had Closet Concepts complete design and install on all 3 bedroom closets. They also prepared quotes for my laundry, pantry, and storage closets that I will plan to complete in the future. I worked with Joe , Ann, and their installer Cole. From start to finish the team was professional, great communication, great pricing, and Cole installed all my closets in one morning. I am very pleased with the final product and I will definitely use Closet Concepts in the future and share with friends my great experience!

Above and Beyond experience! Joe is perhaps the most efficient and organized person I’ve met. Prior to meeting with him, he designed some preliminary designs which were very helpful. He was quick to respond to my numerous changes and questions. The installation went smoothly and I would, without a doubt, call upon them for further work (garage). I’m very happy with my new home build closet install.

Love my new closet!!We had such a great experience with Closet Concepts, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their closet, pantry, garage, etc.Truthfully, a closet project was not on my radar, but the builder-grade wire shelving in our primary bedroom closet was flimsy and falling apart, so we had to do something.I met with a got quotes from a few closet companies, and Closet Concepts instantly stood out from the competition. Ann listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to up-sell me extras I didn’t want/need. She was also super communicative and helpful. The Closet Concepts quote was the most competitive quote we received AND they were able to install in ~4 weeks (compared to 8-12 weeks for the other companies we talked to).Installation was a breeze as well. Brandon and his assistant showed up on time and everything was installed correctly in just a couple of hours, and they left everything clean and spotless.Our closet was just installed yesterday and I’m already dreaming about working with Closet Concepts again on our pantry and other bedroom closets.
5-Stars! This is the second time we have used Closet Concepts; putting custom closets in a new house that we have been renovating. From working with Ann on the design and measuring portion of the closets, to physically having Brandon come out and cut the closets so they fit, we had a terrific experience with Closet Concepts. They are timely, punctual, and do a great job of making your closet needs come true! Highly recommend them.

Closet Concepts turned our 42 year old closet into one we are very pleased with. Process was easy and design they proposed has been excellent for our use. We have much more usable storage space and looks very clean and organized. Installation crew did an excellent job with the install as well as cleaning up when they were done.
After seeing their beautiful work in another home, I hired Closet Concepts to design a large wall unit to that not only beautiful holds our large TV screen, but provides more storage than I could have anticipated. We loved it so much, we asked them back to build a matching (but taller) unit on the opposite wall, this time with glass doors for the upper sections. It is gorgeous. Joe and team are phenomenal to work with. Professional, timely, and I’d say it’s been a great investment for our home.
